I want to make your first session as easy as possible. Above you will find the link to go to the client portal, under client resources, to be able to fill out the paperwork. All of it is on line, so if possible you can fill it all out before we meet. We can also do this together if you feel uncomfortable with it.

You can pay by credit card, cash or even a check. If you decide to use a credit card, I am able to store this card in my secure practice management system making it easier for you at each session. I can also accept Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
